Public Adjusting 101

What is a Public Adjuster?

A public adjuster is an independent insurance professional that a policyholder may hire to help settle an insurance claim on their behalf. A public adjuster is not affiliated or associated with an insurance company and solely acts in the property owner's best interest. Public adjusters often collect a fee, but a fee may be waived in exchange for using an affiliated contractor to perform the approved work in some states.

How We Maximize Your Insurance Claim

Once your home suffers damage, it is best to try and get the damage replaced as soon as possible. The issue with insurance companies is that they take too much time when dealing with your insurance claim. This is where our team steps in. Throughout your entire claim, we'll be with you every step of the way. That means we'll start by conducting our inspection and reviewing your insurance policy. We'll document all of our findings with plenty of samples and schedule an inspection with your insurance company.

Our team will be there with the adjuster, plus we'll review their estimates once their inspection has concluded. Once we have their information, we'll make the necessary adjustments and submit a proper settlement for your claim.
